Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Inside Sales professional to join our team in Indore on a full-time basis. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet our customer's demands. As an Inside Sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and forging lasting relationships by increasing sales opportunities and meeting performance targets. Qualifications and Skills Sales prospecting to identify and initiate conversations with potential clients (Mandatory skill). Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business (Mandatory skill). Proficient in using Salesforce to manage customer data and sales pipeline (Mandatory skill). Skilled in customer needs analysis to tailor services and solutions effectively. Proven track record in lead generation and converting prospects into clients. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Capability to collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals. Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and persuasive conversations. Roles and Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through calls and emails to build a sales pipeline. Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. Utilize Salesforce to monitor sales activities, manage contacts, and track progress. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct follow-up communications to nurture relationships with existing clients. Identify new business opportunities through research and market analysis. Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients. Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for sales strategy improvement.
