Overview Lutron’s Gurgaon team is seeking a Supply Chain Project Specialist. In this role, you will take ownership of high-stakes projects from day one. You will be a key part of our operations team and grow your skills while applying industry best practices to our supply chain function. Your contributions will help to maintain our market position as the world leader in smart lighting and shading systems. Responsibilities As a Supply Chain Project Specialist at Lutron, you will: Coordinate supply chain activities such as planning/ shipping and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and resolve logistical issues to minimize delays. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels across locations. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Production, Finance) to align supply chain strategy with business goals. Maintain ERP and inventory management systems with accurate, real-time data. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and sustainability standards. If it does, Lutron is looking for candidates with the following criteria: Minimum 4-year Engineering degree in (BTech/MTech Computer Science or Information Technology) with minimum 60% and above 5-6 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or procurement role (depending on level). Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, or similar ERP systems). Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Experience with international logistics and compliance (preferred, if applicable).
