Job Description:- To lead and manage the sales team, develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand market share and ensure profitability in alignment with organizational goals.- This role involves extensive market research, client relationship management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibility:Business Analysis and Consulting:- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and pain points in supply chain planning.- Analyse existing supply chain processes and recommend process improvements and system solutions.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices for supply chain planning.Solution Design and Implementation:- Configure and implement supply chain planning solutions (SAP IBP, Oracle SCP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.- Lead or support the testing, deployment, and validation of supply chain planning systems.Project Management Support:- Work with project managers to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and timelines.- Provide status updates, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.- Ensure proper documentation of functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs.Training and Support:- Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.- Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and usage of the solution.Stakeholder Communication:- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements and provide Master's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.- 8+ years' experience into the demand planning.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
