Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Field Executive to manage and support day-to-day field operations for our visa services. The role involves assisting clients with documentation, submissions, collection of passports/visas, while ensuring smooth coordination between the company and external authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle visa application submissions and collections at embassies, consulates, and VFS centers.
  • Assist clients with completing visa documentation, forms, and related processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing of applications, keeping clients updated on status.
  • Maintain strong liaison with embassies, consulates, travel agencies, and related offices.
  • Collect and deliver important documents (passports, approvals, attested papers) securely.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve application discrepancies or missing documents.
  • Provide on-ground support for verification, biometrics, and client appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols and confidentiality of client information.
  • Handle cash/cheque payments (if required) responsibly and submit receipts.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on tasks completed and applications processed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (preferred in Travel, Business, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in visa processing, field operations, or similar roles (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of visa procedures, documentation, and embassy/VFS functioning is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred for field mobility).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and client handling.
