Location : Chennai or Noida.

This role requires the candidate to work during US time zone.

WFO - Hybrid, 3 days work from office.

Minimum 8+ yrs of Experience.

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Dynatrace Engineer to join our IT team.

You will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Dynatrace application performance monitoring (APM) tools.

This role ensures the stability, performance, and reliability of applications and services by providing insights through Dynatrace solutions.

The role involves :

- Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace APM solutions across various environments.

- Ensure proper instrumentation of applications and services to provide comprehensive monitoring.

- Develop and manage custom dashboards, alerts, and reports within Dynatrace.

- Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using Dynatrace.

- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and areas for improvement.

- Work with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues and optimize application performance.

- Respond to performance incidents and provide root cause analysis using Dynatrace insights.

- Collaborate with application owners and IT teams to resolve incidents and implement preventive measures.

- Integrate Dynatrace with other IT service management and monitoring tools (e.g, ServiceNow, Splunk).

Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring concepts and tools.

- Proficiency in configuring and managing Dynatrace, including custom dashboard and alert creation.

- Solid understanding of networking protocols, server infrastructure, and application architectures.

- Proven experience with Dynatrace or other APM solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
