Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain DynaTrace APM solutions across various environments.
  • Ensure proper instrumentation of applications and services to provide comprehensive monitoring.
  • Develop and manage custom dashboards, alerts, and reports within DynaTrace.
  • Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using DynaTrace.
  • Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues and optimize application performance.
  • Respond to performance incidents and provide root cause analysis using DynaTrace insights.
  • Collaborate with application owners and IT teams to resolve incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Integrate DynaTrace with other IT service management and monitoring tools.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring concepts and tools.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing DynaTrace, including custom dashboard and alert creation.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols, server infrastructure, and application architectures.
  • Proven experience with DynaTrace or other APM solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: 8 to 10 years
