About the Role:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for healthcare roles.- This is an onsite, full-time position requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive, extroverted personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, CRNAs and RNs.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.- Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.Required Qualifications:- Minimum 6 months of experience in US healthcare recruitment.- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Highly extroverted and confident in engaging with candidates and stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.- Comfortable working in a night shift (US hours).- Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment practices.- Experience using ATS and VMS tools.- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
