Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates to begin their careers as Deputy Managers in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities

  • Support in the execution and monitoring of day-to-day business operations.
  • Assist senior managers with projects, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Work alongside multiple departments to ensure coordination and goal achievement.
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries and service-related concerns.
  • Prepare, update, and manage reports, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Learn and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Develop critical leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Recent graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or equivalent streams).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Quick learner with an adaptive and positive mindset.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Team-oriented with the ability to handle tasks independently when needed.
