About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled Taxation Experts and litigation experienced ex big4 or litigation firms experienced managers and above category people to manage and optimize our clients and clients groups tax strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with tax laws, handling direct and indirect taxation, preparing accurate returns, and providing strategic advice to minimize tax liabilities while aligning with business goals of clients.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and file GST, Income Tax, and TDS returns accurately and on time.Handle tax audits, assessments, and notices from tax authorities.Maintain up-to-date records of all tax-related documents and filings.Provide tax planning and advisory services to ensure compliance and efficiency.Review financial statements to ensure proper tax provisions and disclosures.Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and government policies.Collaborate with finance, accounting, and legal teams to support tax-related decisions.Assist in year-end closing and coordination with external auditors.Manage corporate tax,
