About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled Taxation Experts and litigation experienced ex big4 or litigation firms experienced managers and above category people to manage and optimize our clients and clients groups tax strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with tax laws, handling direct and indirect taxation, preparing accurate returns, and providing strategic advice to minimize tax liabilities while aligning with business goals of clients.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and file GST, Income Tax, and TDS returns accurately and on time.Handle tax audits, assessments, and notices from tax authorities.Maintain up-to-date records of all tax-related documents and filings.Provide tax planning and advisory services to ensure compliance and efficiency.Review financial statements to ensure proper tax provisions and disclosures.Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and government policies.Collaborate with finance, accounting, and legal teams to support tax-related decisions.Assist in year-end closing and coordination with external auditors.Manage corporate tax, transfer pricing, and international taxation (if applicable).Track and handle and make sure all submissions, representations and documentations are submitted to tax office on timely manner.Assist us and legal counsels and seniors counsels on day to day hearings in all buildings of the tax office and manage files and other submissions and appeal proceedings and maintain relationships with the tax office and Cordinate for the closures of litigations issues if anyRequirements:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.3–7 years of experience in taxation and litigation handling experience preferably in both direct and indirect tax.Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST laws, and Accounting Standards.Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Loyalty and owning the organisation and clients and to stay for SBC and within SBC for a life timeExperience in tax planning for startups or SMEs.Knowledge of international taxation / transfer pricing.Familiarity with tax automation tools or software.Salary Range:₹6,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum (based on experience and expertise)Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.Exposure to diverse taxation challenges across industries.Collaborative work culture with continuous learning and development.
