Job Title: E-commerce Business Analyst (Commerce Implementation Project)

Experience – 3.5 to 6.5 Yrs

Qualification - B.E / M.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.C.A or equivalent

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced E-commerce Business Analyst to join our technology consulting practice and be part of an exciting commerce implementation project. As an E-commerce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients' e-commerce initiatives. Your expertise in leading commerce platforms such as Magento, SAP Hybris, and Salesforce Commerce will be essential in analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of e-commerce systems.

Responsibilities

- with clients and project teams to gather and analyze business requirements for e-commerce implementation projects.- and document current e-commerce processes, systems, and workflows for clients.- research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of e-commerce platforms.- gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, usability, and performance of clients' e-commerce systems.- and document functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements for e-commerce projects.- closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of new features and enhancements.- testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality and integrity of e-commerce systems.- and analyze e-commerce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.- support and training to end-users on e-commerce systems and processes.

up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-commerce technologies and platforms.Qualifications

-- years of proven experience as an E-commerce Business Analyst, preferably in a technology consulting firm or similar environment.- knowledge and hands-on experience with leading commerce platforms like Magento, SAP Hybris, and Salesforce Commerce.- in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system documentation.- with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.- analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and project teams.- to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment.- organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

** Certification on Business Analysis is a plus.
