Sr. Research Manager/Research Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Understanding clients’ specific research requirements and coming up with solutions
Providing thought leadership on clients’ requirements to derive creative approach and methodologies
Project scoping, requirement assessment and problem structuring
Thinking creatively throughout a project and guiding project teams to overcome bottlenecks
Working across niche domains with low data availability, and building points of view using extensive primary and secondary research
Representative projects will include:
(a) Market entry and industry landscapes
(b) In-depth market assessment studies, including market sizing & segmentation
(c) Competitive benchmarking
(d) Demand-supply intelligence
(e) Commercial due diligence
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent
Minimum of seven years’ experience in managing projects and teams
Must enjoy problem solving with strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Experience of managing global clients
Adept in relationship building with CXOs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excited about working in a start-up as part of a fast-paced and rapidly evolving team
