Product Manager

with 4-7 years of experience in building and launching software products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, is a natural extrovert, and enjoys being the voice of the product within the organization and to external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Product Development:

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Regularly update them on product status, collect feedback, and ensure expectations are managed effectively.Public Speaking & Communication:

Be the voice of the product across the organization. Engage in presentations, town halls, and other forums to ensure the product vision and progress are well communicated.Marketing & Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective go-to-market strategies. Use your natural communication skills to generate buzz around the product, both internally and externally.Cross-Functional Leadership:

Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product execution. Facilitate collaboration across departments and ensure everyone is working towards a common goal.Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data and user feedback to make informed decisions about product direction, prioritization, and features.Continuous Improvement:

Actively seek out opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback, market trends, and internal insights.Personality & Skills:Excellent Communication Skills:

You’re a natural communicator who can convey complex ideas in simple terms, both in written and verbal formats.Extrovert & Public Speaker:

You understand the importance of product promotion and have experience working with marketing teams to craft compelling messaging and campaigns.Strong Leadership Abilities:

You’re a proactive leader who takes charge of projects and drives them to successful completion, inspiring the team along the way.Qualifications:4-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in software products.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.Strong background in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.Experience with product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and driving awareness.Preferred:Experience in high-growth tech environments.Background in SaaS products or enterprise software.MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
