The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management (IAM) with a focus on SailPoint's IdentityNow platform. The candidate should be knowledgeable in the design, implementation, and maintenance of identity management solutions and have a deep understanding of identity governance processes.

Responsibilities:

·        Design, implement, and configure SailPoint IdentityNow solutions based on business requirements.

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·        Configure and customize connectors and workflows within the IdentityNow platform to integrate with various applications and systems.

·        Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution related to the IdentityNow platform and its components.

·        Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in identity governance.

·        Participate in the planning and execution of identity management projects, including upgrades and migrations.

·        Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.

·        Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.

·        understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control principles.

·        Lead end-to-end implementation projects of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IdentityNow platform and its components.

  • ·        Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, implementation plans, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

·        Deep understanding of identity management concepts, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access control.

·        Proven experience in designing and configuring connectors, workflows, and policies within the SailPoint IdentityNow platform.

·        Familiarity with identity governance processes, compliance requirements, and security best practices.

·        Strong scripting skills (e.g., beanShell, Java) for customization and automation.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

·        SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer/Administrator certification is a strong plus.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
