Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and configure SailPoint IdentityNow solutions based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize connectors and workflows within the IdentityNow platform to integrate with various applications and systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution related to the IdentityNow platform and its components.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in identity governance.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of identity management projects, including upgrades and migrations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control principles.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IdentityNow platform and its components.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, implementation plans, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Deep understanding of identity management concepts, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access control.
  • Proven experience in designing and configuring connectors, workflows, and policies within the SailPoint IdentityNow platform.
  • Familiarity with identity governance processes, compliance requirements, and security best practices.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., beanShell, Java) for customization and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer/Administrator certification is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
