Summary:

Asan Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will be responsible forproviding ongoing technical support and maintenance of productionand development systems and software products. Your typical daywill involve providing hardware/software support and implementingtechnology at the operating systemlevel across all server andnetwork areas and for particular softwaresolutions/vendors/brands.


Roles&Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production anddevelopment systems and software products (both remote and onsite)and for configured services running on variousplatforms.

Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at theoperating systemlevel across all server and network areas and forparticular softwaresolutions/vendors/brands.

Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate leveltroubleshooting.

Ensure adherence to defined operating model andprocesses.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technicalissues.


Professional& TechnicalSkills:

MustTo Have Skills: Security Solution Development ZabixxNagios ToolsAdministration Palo Alto ICS/SCADA Security FirewallArchitecture.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with other security solutions andtools.

Strong understanding of network security concepts andtechnologies.

Experience with incident managementa
