Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BMS Operator, located in Trivandrum. The BMS Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring the maintenance of building facilities, and supporting overall facility management operations. Daily tasks include inspecting building systems, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure optimal functioning of building infrastructures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Management Systems
  • Experience in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM)
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Relevant certifications in facility or building management are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
