We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Resource proficient in Microsoft SharePoint Administration and Development, PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), PowerShell, and .NET development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and administering SharePoint environments while designing and implementing business applications using PowerApps and Flow. Additionally, the role requires foundational .NET development skills to customize solutions and integrate them with various Microsoft tools. Along with these environments, you will need to have a strong desire to learn additional business systems so you can assist with integrations, operational, and administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with business customers (globally) is required. This is a hands-on role involving collaboration with multiple teams to deliver efficient digital workplace solutions.

SharePoint Administration:

Administer SharePoint environments (SharePoint Online) ensuring availability, security, and performance. Manage user permissions, policies, site collections, and search configurations. Develop and maintain governance plans for the SharePoint environment.
 

PowerApps & Flow Development:

Design and build custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps. Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Flow). Migration of legacy business applications to PowerApps/Flow. Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint and other Microsoft services.
 

.NET Development:

Develop and maintain custom SharePoint Web Parts, add-ins, and other solutions using .NET. Work on backend services and APIs to support integrations with third-party applications. Troubleshoot and optimize .NET applications to meet business needs.
 

Solution Architecture:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and architect efficient technical solutions. Provide guidance on best practices in SharePoint customization, PowerApps design, and .NET integrations. Create technical documentation and train end-users or administrators as needed.
 

Troubleshooting & Support:

Diagnose and resolve issues in SharePoint, PowerApps, Flow, or .NET-based solutions. Provide second-level support for complex technical challenges. Monitor system health and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime. Ability to quickly learn other systems in order to provide automation and extended support for those teams when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration and development. Proficiency in PowerApps and Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) for building business applications and workflows. Strong understanding of .NET frameworks, C#, and ASP.NET for developing web applications. Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and client-side development. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
