About the Role :

- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SharePoint Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in managing and supporting our SharePoint environment.

- You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and user experience of our SharePoint platform.

Responsibilities :

SharePoint Administration :

- Install, configure, and maintain the SharePoint platform, integrating with existing applications as needed.

- Create and manage document libraries, site collections, and workflows to optimize document storage and collaboration.

User Management & Security :

- Add users and groups to SharePoint sites, assigning appropriate access permissions and maintaining user security.

- Implement robust security practices to protect sensitive information within SharePoint.

Support & Training :

- Provide technical support to users experiencing SharePoint issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.

- Develop and deliver training materials to educate users on using SharePoint features and functionalities effectively.

Optimization & Reporting :

- Analyze SharePoint usage and activity reports to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.

- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize SharePoint performance and functionality.

Updates & Maintenance :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint developments and trends.

- Manage version updates and upgrades, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition process.

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience administering SharePoint environments.

- Strong understanding of SharePoint administration concepts and best practices.

- Proficiency in managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving common SharePoint issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective user support and training.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with SharePoint Designer or Power Automate for automating workflows.

- Knowledge of SharePoint Online or hybrid deployments (on-premises and cloud).

- Familiarity with SharePoint security best practices and compliance requirements.
