Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic UK/EU Recruiter to join our fast-paced recruitment team, responsible for sourcing and placing talent for both IT and Non-IT roles across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK and European job markets, possess experience recruiting for a diverse range of positions, and be passionate about connecting top-tier talent with our client needs. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global network of candidates and hiring managers, delivering exceptional recruitment solutions in a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers, for both IT and Non-IT positions across the UK and EU.- Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and talent pooling, to find top talent for both technical (e.g., software developers, IT support) and non-technical (e.g., marketing, sales, HR) roles.- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.- Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes for both clients and candidates.- Market Research & Networking: Stay informed about current trends in the recruitment market, particularly within the IT and non-IT sectors, to ensure competitive advantage. Attend networking events and engage with talent communities to build relationships and talent pipelines.- Employer Branding: Assist in enhancing the employer brand to attract top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Offer Management: Oversee the offer negotiation process, ensuring timely delivery of job offers to candidates while managing client expectations.- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activities. Ensure adherence to UK/EU employment laws and internal recruitment processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 0.6 - 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling both IT and Non-IT positions.- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK and European job markets, particularly in IT (e.g., software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud) and non-IT sectors (e.g., sales, marketing, finance).- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms to source candidates. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional European language skills are an advantage (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
