We are looking for a Pre-Sales professional to join our team and to take this success forward As a Pre-Sales professional you should work closely with the Sales Management and Leadership team in the company

This is an independent contributor role, candidates are expected to bring in experience of extensive data research for required content as well as data points for formulating the concept based proposals on their own

Roles and Responsibilities:

Pre SalesDevelop proposal by understanding the customer needs and their business requirement with delivery and technical teams.Lead and execute the presales (direct& channels) &Work with Technical Architect and Digital Delivery teams to finalize a winning solutionDiscussions with customer and other stake Holders to seek clarifications on RFP through RFI/RFQAble to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasmRegular interaction with team to understand customer pain points on Delivery and suggest remedial measures which can create avenues for businessCreate internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanationsAware of customer journey mapping to optimize various touchpoints that involves the potential interactionDetermine, resolve, and communicate technical and business presales issues to presales management

SalesIdentifying target markets and prospective clients, building client relationships, analyzing sales data, developing a sales and marketing planConduct market research to understand the IT services landscape and identify potential areas of growth that results in Lead Generation (US market)Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively engaging with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's IT services in the marketProvide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting performance, opportunities, and challenges
