**Job Summary:**
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for facilitating the purchase, sale, and lease of properties for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Client Engagement:**
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
**Market Research:**
Conduct thorough market analysis to provide clients with accurate information about property value, location, and market conditions.
Stay updated on local real estate trends, property listings, and industry regulations.
**Property Listings:**
Create and manage property listings, ensuring they are attractive and accurately represent the properties.
Organize and conduct open houses and property viewings.
**Sales Strategy:**
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Utilize online marketing tools and social media to enhance property visibility.
**Negotiation:**
Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, addressing any concerns or questions.
**Documentation:**
Prepare and review documents related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
**Collaboration:**
Work closely with other team members, including marketing, legal, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth transactions.
Collaborate with mortgage brokers and financial institutions to assist clients with financing options.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Active real estate license in (State) required.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools.
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
