Are you excited to join our team as Technical Trainer?

Are you passionate about training the employees on technical aspects? If your answer is a resounding yes, then we are hunting for you.


As a Technical Trainer at SmartQ, you'll indulge in delivering the product training. In addition, your role will also include interacting with various cross-functional teams to design various curriculum, as per the specific team requirements.



Key roles & responsibilities:

  • Identifying training needs: Need to assess the skill gaps and knowledge deficiencies within the company and identify the areas where training is needed.


  • Developing training programs: Once have identified the training needs, need to develop training programs that are tailored to meet the specific needs of the employees and the company.


  • Delivering training: Employees need to be trained through classroom sessions, online courses, or workshops. Will need to use a range of training methods and tools to engage and motivate employees.


  • Evaluating training: The effectiveness of training programs must be evaluated by assessing the impact on employee performance, knowledge, and skills.


  • Providing feedback: Need to provide feedback to employees on their progress and performance during training programs. This will help them to improve their skills and knowledge.


  • Updating training materials: Keep training materials up-to-date and relevant to ensure that employees receive the latest information and best practices.


  • Collaborating with other departments: Need to collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that training programs align with company objectives and goals.


  • Continuing professional development: As a corporate trainer, need to stay up to date with the latest training techniques and industry trends. May need to attend training courses and conferences to develop your skills and knowledge.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate technical training.
  • Excellent in content creation with good attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skill.
  • Experience in LMS.
  • Technology literate, including Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel.
  • Able to handle pressure, and good at multi-tasking.
  • Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to produce results.
  • High degree of integrity and commitment.
  • Prior experience in BPO/KPO, ITES, Industry would be added advantage.
