Sr. Accountant Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting overall financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (journals, ledgers, vouchers, etc.)
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and periodic management reports.
  • Track brokerage income, commissions, client settlements, and operational expenses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage client accounts and ensure timely settlements.
  • File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per applicable laws.
  • Assist in audits (internal and statutory) and provide necessary documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and other regulatory guidelines related to financial reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting .

· Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience (brokerage / financial services industry preferred).

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

· Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and MS Excel.

· Good understanding of brokerage operations, client settlements, and exchange regulations.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,599.47 per month
