Strong communication skills and a sales-focused mindset are essential to help maintain accurate information flow and support the business development team in achieving growth targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead qualification parameters and segmentation. Extract relevant contact and company data fromApollo ,Lusha , and other lead generation platforms. Clean, manage, and sort large data sets inExcelorGoogle Sheetsbased on specific targeting criteria. Organize and update CRM databases (e.g., Zoho or others) with accurate and current information. Support outbound prospecting by providing well-organized lead lists and contact details. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements or resolve discrepancies in data. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data accuracy. Stay updated on best practices in data management and tools for sales enablement.KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient inMicrosoft ExcelorGoogle Sheets(VLOOKUP, PIVOT functions is preferred). Experience with tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigatoror similar platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets efficiently. Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills. Asales-oriented mindsetwith a basic understanding of B2B lead generation and qualification. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior experience in a sales support or lead research role is a plus.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with SaaS or B2B sales environments and Logistics Industry. Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification.
