Site Engineer

PositionOverview: As a Site Engineer you will play a pivotal rolein overseeing the construction activities at our project sites.Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that constructionprojects are completed safely on time and within budget. Experiencein Villa projects is mandatory for this role as you will beresponsible for managing all aspects of villa constructionprojects.
MainResponsibilities:
- Overseeall construction activities at the project site ensuring adherenceto project timelines and qualitystandards.
- Superviseconstruction workers subcontractors and other personnel to ensurethat work is carried out according to projectspecifications.
- Implement qualitycontrol measures to ensure that construction materials andworkmanship meet or exceed industrystandards.
- Monitor the progress ofconstruction activities identify potential delays or issues andtake proactive measures to addressthem.
- Enforce safety regulationsand procedures at the project site to ensure a safe workingenvironment for allpersonnel.
- Coordinate theprocurement delivery and storage of construction materials toensure timely availability at the projectsite.
- Maintain accurate records ofdaily activities including progress reports site inspections andsafety records.
- Communicateregularly with clients project managers and other stakeholders toprovide updates on project progress and address any concerns orissues.
Requirements
- Diplomaor Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a relatedfield.
- 510 years ofexperience in site engineering with a proven track record ofmanaging villa constructionprojects.
- Proficiency inconstruction management software and tools. Strong knowledge ofconstruction techniques materials andmethods.
- Excellent leadership andteam management skills with the ability to motivate and superviseconstruction teams effectively.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to make quickinformed decisions to resolve issuesonsite.
- Effective communicationskills both verbal and written to interact with project teamsclients and subcontractors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewingconstruction plans specifications anddocuments.
- Experience in managingvilla construction projects is mandatory for thisrole.
- Willingness to work in adynamic and fastpaced environment adapting to changing projectrequirements and priorities.
- Strongorganizational and time management skills with the ability toprioritize tasks and meet projectdeadlines.
- Ability to workcollaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment andcoordinate with various stakeholders to achieve projectobjectives.
