PositionOverview: As an Interior Engineer you will be responsiblefor overseeing the design and execution of interior spaces withinvarious projects. Your role will involve collaborating witharchitects clients and other stakeholders to ensure that interiordesigns meet both esthetic and functional requirements. Thisposition requires a keen eye for detail strong technical skills andthe ability to work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.

MainResponsibilities:

• Collaboratewith architects and clients to develop interior design conceptsthat align with project goals andobjectives.
  
• Conductspace planning activities to optimize the layout and functionalityof interior spaces ensuring efficient utilization of availablespace.
  
• Research select and specifyappropriate materials finishes and furnishings for interior designprojects considering factors such as durability esthetics andbudget.
  
• Prepare detailed technicaldrawings including floor plans elevations and sections usingcomputeraided design (CAD)software.
  
• Coordinate withcontractors vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement andinstallation of interior materials andfurnishings.
  
• Conduct site visits andinspections to ensure that interior designs are implementedaccording to specifications and qualitystandards.
  
• Maintain regularcommunication with clients to provide project updates addressconcerns and solicit feedback throughout the design andconstruction process.
  
• Assist indeveloping project budgets and monitor expenses related to interiordesign activities ensuring adherence to budgetaryconstraints.
  

Requirements

• Diplomaor Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a relatedfield.
  
• 12 years ofexperience in interior design construction or a relevantfield.
  
• Proficiency in computeraideddesign (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp. Knowledge ofbuilding codes regulations and standards related to interiordesign.
  
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills with the ability to communicate withclients effectively team members andstakeholders.
  
• Strong problemsolvingskills and the ability to think creatively to resolve designchallenges.
  
• Exceptional attention todetail and accuracy in design documentation andspecifications.
  
• Ability to workcollaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment as well asindependently whenrequired.
