About the role

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Reckitt, you'll take on a dynamic role that's at the crossroads of customer satisfaction and supply chain excellence. Your contribution will keep our business running smoothly and ensure our customers feel valued at every touchpoint. Your responsibilities

- Enhance customer service by supporting projects and day-to-day operations.
- Partner with various teams to deliver exceptional service and foster strong relationships.
- Maintain data accuracy and champion best practises within your team.
- Contribute expertise to our internal practises and systems.
- Drive continuous improvements and support your team in achieving our strategic objectives.

The experience we're looking for

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks efficiently, especially under tight deadlines.
- Experienced in collaborating with individuals at all levels and driving process enhancements.
- Basic understanding of supply chain dynamics and the role of an analyst.
- Skilled in SAP and Excel, leveraging these tools to support data integrity and decision-making.
- Proactive in taking ownership of tasks to completion, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
