Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager will oversee the entire warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and timely deliveries. This role is essential to maintaining the seamless flow of products from our warehouse to our customers and retail locations. You will work closely with our thirdparty logistics warehouse partners and manage stock received from our overseas vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted to our forwarder for timely customs clearance.
Job Description:
Warehouse & 3PL Coordination
  • Oversee daily operations of our 3PL warehouse, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners to ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory.
  • Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse on inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment.
Inventory Management
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and reduce overstock and stock outs.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes.
Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure timely deliveries to our retail locations.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and standards.
Vendor Management
  • Manage stock received from overseas vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted to our 3PL forwarder.
  • Liaise with agents for the custom declaration, vessel schedule, and clearance, ensuring delivery to the door (import/export).
  • Handle and process all import and export documents, including custom forms (K1/K2/K3/K8/K9).
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure shipment clearance before due dates for timely delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, or similar role in a retail or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with import and export documentation and processes, including custom forms (K1/K2/K3/K8/K9).
  • Ability to liaise with customs agents, negotiate with suppliers, and manage transportation logistics.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping delays.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and carriers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures within a warehouse setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and manage peak seasons effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with carriers and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
