Looking for a Dynamic Marketing Fresher for an E-commerce brand from Bengaluru



Key Responsibilities


• Partner with the CMO to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that spans digital, organic, and physical channels.

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

• Use data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance and iterate for continuous improvement.

• Drive organic growth through impactful social media strategies, content calendars, and collaborations.

• Lead in-store and offline marketing efforts, including events, promotions, and partnerships.

• Plan and execute campaigns to drive footfall and engagement.

• Act as a hands-on leader, ready to step in and execute tasks when needed.


Job Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with marketing internship experience preferably

• A Data-Driven Decision Maker: You can use analytics to fine-tune marketing efforts and maximise results.

• A Strong Communicator: You can clearly articulate ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate across teams.

• A Hands-On Doer: You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done when needed.

• Adaptable and Bold: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace challenges, and are eager to disrupt the market with innovative ideas.

• Bonus Points: Experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury industries is highly desirable.
