For detailed information, visit Hero Vired Role : Video Editor + Motion Graphic Artist Job Type: Full Time (Work From Office) Location: Delhi (Sultanpur) Experience: 2 to 4 years Department: Marketing/Design About the Role: Hero Vired is looking for a Video Editor + Motion Graphic Artist who blends creative storytelling with technical mastery - someone who can craft visually powerful narratives through cinematic editing, dynamic motion graphics, and next-generation AI tools. The ideal candidate has a strong design and animation background, understands brand-driven storytelling, and is excited to experiment with AI-powered content creation to push visual boundaries. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit a wide range of video content including brand films, social media reels, digital ads, explainers, testimonials, and event videos. Apply transitions, pacing, and sound design that elevate storytelling. Manage color correction, grading, and compositing to maintain brand tone. Reformat and optimize content for various digital platforms (16:9, 9:16, 1:1). Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate motion graphics, typography sequences, intros, outros, and iconography. Create visual storytelling elements for campaigns, product launches, and learning content. Collaborate with the design team to bring static designs and illustrations to life through animation. Experiment with new animation techniques and tools to enhance content dynamism. AI & Prompt Engineering: Use AI tools (e.G., Runway ML, Kling, Veo, Wan, etc.) to generate visual elements, cinematic footage, or motion concepts. Write effective text-to-image and text-to-video prompts to create concept art, backgrounds, Videos and animation references. Integrate AI-generated visuals seamlessly into edited content while maintaining Hero Vired’s visual identity. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI-assisted editing, motion, and content workflows Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, brand, and content teams to translate briefs into visually striking outputs. Contribute to concept development, storyboarding, and visual direction for campaigns. Maintain a strong sense of aesthetic alignment with the Hero Vired brand language. Manage media assets, versioning, and archiving efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or Visual Communication (or equivalent creative discipline). Technical Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro – professional editing and sequencing Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, compositing, animation Adobe Photoshop – asset creation, cleanup, image manipulation AI Tools Knowledge (Must Have): Prompt engineering for AI image/video generation Hands-on with at least 2–3 tools such as Midjourney, Runway ML, Kling, Firefly, Veo Understanding of how to merge AI assets into human-led creative production Good to Have: Knowledge of sound design and music synchronization Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance Understanding of brand communication and storytelling strategy
