The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and enhancing a variety of video content, from brand films and digital campaigns to social-first assets while creating motion graphics that elevate the overall narrative.This role combines technical editing expertise with creative motion design to deliver visually compelling content across formats and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesEditing & Post-Production Editbrand films, digital ads, social media videos, and promotional contentin line with creative briefs and brand guidelines. Structure compelling narratives through visuals, music, and rhythm while maintaining a cohesive tone. Integrate music, voiceovers, and sound design to enhance emotional and storytelling impact. Ensure all video outputs meet technical standards and platform specifications (Instagram, YouTube, OTT, etc.). Motion Graphics & Design Design and animatemotion graphics, text treatments, transitions, and infographicsusing Adobe After Effects. Developlogo animations, intros, lower-thirds, and motion-driven visual identitiesfor brand campaigns. Incorporate2D and limited 3D animationswhere required to enhance storytelling and engagement. Maintain consistency in color, style, and design language across deliverables. Collaboration & Workflow Work closely withcreative directors, producers, and art teamsto bring concepts and storyboards to life. Interpret creative briefs and apply visual storytelling principles effectively. Implement feedback promptly while maintaining quality and creative integrity. Manage project timelines, organize assets, and maintain a structured file management system. Creative Contribution Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for video and motion design projects. Research visual trends, motion techniques, and new tools to keep the content innovative and engaging. Support the creative team in developing new visual approaches for branded content and digital storytelling.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience:2–5 years of experience as aVideo Editor / Motion Graphics Artist , ideally in anagency, production house, or digital content environment. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency inAdobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Working knowledge ofAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition. Familiarity withDaVinci Resolvefor basic color correction is a plus. Strong understanding ofvideo structure, timing, sound, typography, and visual rhythm. Ability to create content fordigital, social, and campaign-based platforms. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.Preferred Background Experience infashion, lifestyle, beauty, or digital-first branded content. Strong creative eye forcomposition, transitions, and motion language. Experience in optimizing videos for different aspect ratios and resolutions.
