Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Machine Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates should be fresh Diploma or ITI graduates with 0–3 years of experience in machine operation, preferably in the textile/spinning/production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor assigned machines as per standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure smooth running of production by maintaining machine efficiency.
  • Assist in setting up machines for production and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around machines.
  • Report any machine issues or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
  • Follow company rules, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Skills Required:

  • Basic technical knowledge of machinery (training will be provided).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and discipline in following procedures.
