We invite applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher position with the potential for a tenure-track appointment as an Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will conduct high-quality research in Human Resources Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB).


Responsibilities:

  • Postdoctoral Research Phase: Conduct independent and collaborative research in HRM and OB
  • Publish research findings in top-tier academic journals.
  • Present research at national and international conferences.
  • Assist in the supervision of graduate student research.
  • Contribute to departmental activities, such as seminars, workshops, and research groups.
  • Assistant Professor Phase (upon successful transition): Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in HRM and OB (e.g., Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations).
  • Develop and maintain an active research agenda, securing external funding for research projects.
  • Supervise graduate student research, including theses and dissertations.
  • Engage in scholarly activities, including publishing research articles, presenting at conferences, and participating in professional service activities.
  • Contribute to departmental and university service activities.


Qualifications:

  • Postdoctoral Phase: Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field.
  • Strong research record demonstrated by publications in top-tier academic journals.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, including statistical and methodological expertise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with research design, data collection, and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.


  • Assistant Professor Phase: In addition to the postdoctoral qualifications, candidates should also demonstrate:
  • Excellent teaching skills, including experience in designing and delivering engaging lectures and leading effective classroom discussions.
  • Ability to effectively mentor and advise graduate students.
  • Strong commitment to scholarly activity and professional development.
  • Experience in securing external research funding (preferred).
