Location: New Atish Market, Mansarovar, Jaipur
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role is suitable for fresh MBA graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in industries such as modular furniture, real estate, interiors, builders, aluminium, or UPVC. The candidate must have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate, interior, UPVC, Aluminium and building material sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and builders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.
- Maintain follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- MBA (Mandatory) – Marketing/Sales specialization preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience may apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to work in a field sales environment.
