We are hiring Business Development Executives (Freshers) to join our team at Precision Path Lab & Jaipur Molecular Lab. This role is ideal for motivated graduates who want to build a career in healthcare sales and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, and networking
  • Meet doctors, hospitals, and collection centers to build partnerships
  • Manage the sales funnel (calls, demos, follow-ups) and close deals
  • Coordinate with operations/logistics for smooth onboarding and services
  • Track daily/weekly activities using simple CRMs or trackers
  • Represent the labs at local events, CMEs, and outreach activities

Requirements

  • Any graduate (BSc/BA/BBA/Biotech/Pharma); MBA/PGDM a plus
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Willingness to travel locally (two-wheeler preferred)
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and organized
  • Freshers welcome (0–1 year experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
