Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instructor/Trainer – Full Stack Development with Python to teach, mentor, and inspire learners in building end-to-end web applications. This role focuses on Python-based backend development and modern frontend frameworks, preparing learners to create real-world, scalable, and professional-grade applications. Key Responsibilities Course Delivery: Teach full stack development fundamentals and advanced concepts using Python backend (Django / Flask / Fast API) and modern frontend (React/ Angular). Hands -on Training: Deliver practical labs and assignments that cover backend, frontend, databases, and deployment. Capst one Project Mentorship: Guide learners through real-world projects such as e-commerce platforms, dashboards, and enterprise-grade applications. Curri culum Design: Collaborate with the content team to develop modules, labs, and assessments for structured learning. Caree r Support: Provide feedback, code reviews, and mentoring to help learners build portfolios and prepare for interviews. Conti nuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging Python frameworks, front-end tools, and deployment technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in Python full stack development. Expertise in backend frameworks (Django, Flask, or Fast API) and RESTful API development. Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong understanding of databases (Mongo DB/SQL/No SQL), software architecture, and deployment (Docker, CI/CD). Excellent teaching, communication, and mentoring skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of microservices architecture. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Understanding of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
