We’re looking for a Game Designer to help shape the future of hybrid casual & puzzle games.
What You’ll Do
• Conceptualize and design original game ideas that can become global hits
• Develop engaging mechanics & levels for hybrid casual/hypercasual audiences
• Collaborate with artists & developers to craft seamless gameplay
• Balance game economies to drive fun & monetization
• Strategize creative ads & marketable hooks
• Stay ahead of industry trends & refine designs based on player feedback
What We’re Looking For
• 1-3 years in game design (hybrid casual, puzzle preferred)
• Strong ideation & conceptualization skills
• Passion for addictive, fun, player-first experiences
• Problem-solving creativity + team collaboration
• Unity knowledge (plus), puzzle design experience (big plus), color theory eye (bonus)
