Bakery Chef

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Bakery Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and other baked goods, ensuring consistent quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate bakery items including breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes.
• Follow recipes while also bringing creativity to develop new products.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Supervise and guide junior staff (Commis I, II, III).
• Meet production deadlines for daily orders, events, and special occasions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bakery Chef / Pastry Chef.
• Knowledge of modern and traditional baking techniques.
• Creativity in designing new products.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team leadership and training abilities.
• 2–5 years of professional bakery experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
