Job Purpose To manage and drive digital transformation and SAP S/4HANA solutions for the VFY business by ensuring alignment between business goals, technology capabilities, and process optimization. This includes overseeing SAP SD & TM module operations and managing IT/digital project portfolios. Profile for PMO and SAP S/4HANA – SD & TM Modules Evaluate, prioritize, and monitor digital and information security initiatives at the VFY level. Manage a large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Manager) project and work with different stakeholders to ensure that project is delivered on time with good quality Maintain a centralized dashboard and reporting structure for ongoing initiatives Demonstrate ability to apply Project management methodology (Agile) for effective delivery of projects Work with SI and ensure that project activities are planned in advance and they are executed in time Lead operational support and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA (RISE) in SD and TM modules. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business teams to gather requirements, streamline processes, and deliver effective SAP solutions. Support data migration, cutover, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and issue resolution. Provide post-go-live support and drive solution enhancements in line with SAP best practices. Knowledge in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), with understanding of OTC (Order-to-Cash) cycle.  Manage End to End ERP project using Agile principles with key quality management criteria (Within Schedule and Quality). Work with SI partner to create Project Risks and mitigation strategy to ensure timely delivery of the Project. Analyse recurring issues. Recommend improvements and best practices. Communicate SAP S/4HANA updates to users. BE / B-Tech /MCA with 4-8 years relevant experience
