Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (US) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain US payroll processes, including tax calculations, deductions, and payments.- Manage payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues.- Work with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.- Stay updated on US tax laws and regulations.- Implement and maintain payroll interfaces with other systems.- Provide support for payroll audits and reporting.

Required Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of US payroll laws and regulations.- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (US) module.- Proficiency in configuring payroll processes, tax calculations, and deductions.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Flexibility to work in US shift timings.
