Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and track performance metrics.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimise our social media profiles, create engaging content, and monitor analytics to grow our online presence and engagement.
  • Pay-Per-Click Advertising: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Monitor and analyse campaign performance to maximise ROI.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, and other digital content, to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically SEO, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
