Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Design and develop packaging and tooling solutions for manufacturing and product handling. Create detailed CREO drawings and technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design, cost, and quality requirements. Conduct prototype testing and validation of packaging/tooling designs. Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking suppliers and teams Chinese language proficiency is mandatory . Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Support continuous improvement initiatives in packaging and tooling processes.
