They are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join their professional kitchen team. About the Role Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard across both lunch and dinner services. Weekly Roster: WednesdayâSaturday: Lunch & Dinner Sunday: Lunch This role provides stability, a supportive team environment, and excellent workâlife balance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute high-quality dishes with consistent standards Operate confidently across multiple kitchen stations Maintain excellent presentation, portion control and attention to detail Support food prep, service and daily kitchen operations Follow strict food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures Assist with stock rotation, storage and waste control Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with all delegated tasks Ideal Candidate Fully qualified with minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude Keen interest in developing culinary skills further Effective communicator with strong teamwork abilities Excellent attention to detail and consistency Able to multitask and manage time well Able to work confidently without supervision Experience with kitchen safety and hygiene standards Holds applicable Food Handling certificates Available for an immediate start What’s in it for You Work in a respected, well-established waterfront venue Consistent roster that supports workâlife balance Supportive, professional and friendly kitchen team Long-term growth and skill development opportunities Important We are unable to process overseas applications seeking sponsorship for this position.
