Behind all of his endeavours lies a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and if it’s out of season, it’s not on the menu – unless of course it’s the Moran family lamb. Sustainably sourced from Matt's fourth generation farm in the Central tablelands NSW, it has been on the menu since we launched and is still a Chiswick favourite today. The Role Working in the kitchen at Chiswick is every chefs dream.  Equipped with all of the best gadgets and with fresh produce at your fingertips, you will be hands on cooking, creating and working with top end produce on a daily basis. Having worked as a Chef de Partie in some of Sydney’s best restaurants, you will be competent across all sections and looking for a venue that can harness and grow your passion for cooking.  Whether its firing up the grill or working with fresh produce on the pans, we are on the hunt for CDPs of all levels to join our experienced team. Your day to day will also involve, ordering, stocktake, receiving deliveries, working a busy section and coaching and mentoring junior chefs.
