The Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as an Executive Assistant for at least 3 years, excellent at calendar management (Microsoft calendar / Zoom etc). Must be proactive with a desire to learn new skills. It is essential the candidate is proactive as well as detail orientated. Able to work under pressure and deadlines. Fluency in English is a must due to comprehensive notes required for Meeting Minutes. Able to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities (includes not limited to)
- Team Calendars Maintenance
- Follow up emails
- Maintain Contact List
- Organize documents and reports
- Minute of Meetings
- Book travel arrangements
- Book overseas conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Prepare and monitor invoices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong written ENGLISH and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
- Versatility in Zoom, MS Office especially, Outlook, Word, PPT and Excel
- Salesforce knowledge a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Must reside in Chennai
- Flexibility with timing is IMPORTANT for this role
