Job Title : Accountant & Logistics Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to manage our accounting and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and excellent coordination skills.


CTC: Upto Rs. 3.6 LPA

Job Location: Jamshedpur


Key Responsibilities:


Financial Management

  • Perform daily accounting tasks with precision and accuracy
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records
  • Manage GST, TDS, and income tax documentation
  • Reconcile accounts and generate financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with statutory accounting regulations


Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate vehicle placements and transportation logistics
  • Interact effectively with transporters and logistics partners
  • Optimize transportation routes and schedules
  • Track and manage logistics-related documentation


Documentation and Administration

  • Generate accurate quotations, purchase orders, and sales invoices
  • Prepare and manage e-way bills
  • Maintain systematic record-keeping
  • Support smooth communication between departments


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting
  • Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools
