**Job description**

Xpert logistics is looking for Executive - Logistics Operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively manage teams to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics and operations processes
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and distribution centers
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other partners to ensure efficient supply chain management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Lead and motivate a team of logistics and operations professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and operations management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing logistics and operations activities
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on departmental performance and initiatives
