About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Kolkata and Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Calls: Reach out to customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
Customer Visits/Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss products and services.
Sight Survey: Visit customer sites to assess needs and offer tailored solutions.
Travel: Travel across India as required to meet customer and company needs.
Negotiation Skills: Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales successfully.
CRM: Utilize customer relationship management tools to track leads and manage customer interactions.
Tech-Savvy: Demonstrate knowledge of internet and apps for effective communication and sales processes.
Who Can Fit into This Role?
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales roles with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Local Candidates: Reside in the specified locations with self-conveyance.
Education: B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
