Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives focused on automobile manufacturing and production planning. Act as Product Owner for multiple digital applications, managing product backlogs, defining roadmaps, and driving sprint planning and reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and IT to conceptualize and implement digital tools and solutions. Apply Product Owner (PO) and Business Analysis (BA) skills to gather requirements, create use cases, define MVPs, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Mentor internal teams on digital manufacturing trends, Industry 4.0 concepts, and agile delivery best practices. Ensure high product quality through effective UAT coordination, continuous feedback loops, and iterative development. Drive development and deployment of Digital Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) for manufacturing and process optimization.  Required Skills and Experience:7+ years of experience in the automotive industry with strong expertise in digital transformation, product ownership, and business analysis. Deep understanding of automobile manufacturing, Industry 4.0, assembly process planning, and manufacturing engineering. Proven experience delivering digitalization projects with measurable business outcomes. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment. Hands-on experience with Kanbo, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management/agile tools. Strong communication, requirement-gathering, and decision-making skills. Exposure to global automotive operations (Germany, USA, China). QualifikationenEducational Qualifications:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Additional certifications (preferred): PSM-1, CSPO, PAL-1, or other agile frameworks.  Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):Experience in designing and deploying digital PoCs in manufacturing environments. Intermediate German language proficiency. Exposure to global automotive programs and international stakeholder management.
